My wife and I are native to Dallas, TX. We are staying for the long haul and want to be in the fabric of the metroplex. We are committed to buying small businesses with an HQ local to DFW, with the goal of never selling.

We don't like lengthy transition periods or shaking the business up by downsizing, changing locations or processes radically, or integrating it into a large corporation. You have extensive knowledge of your industry and we aim to preserve that for the next generations.
You’ve spent your blood, sweat, and tears building your business. It should continue to be treated with the respect and professionalism that you’ve built it on. We feel an obligation to take care of employees, customers, and vendors and do it honorably.
